I had been looking for Amber for a few years and found out recently she had passed. My condolences to her family and friends. Extremely sad news. Mutual friend introduced us and we hit it off right from the start. She lived off Boulder highway in Vegas at the time. I was struggling with life and she let me stay with her for awhile. Not one day went by that we didn't laugh together. She was full of life, INDEPENDENT, & LOVED ARTS & CRAFTS!! So INDEPENDENT that she knew how to use any & all power tools more than any guy we knew and if something had to be fixed she did it herself!! She did pretty damn good turning her house into a home!! She talked about her kids all the time!! Wish we wouldn't have lost touch...That time I spent with her were some of the worst days of my life back then but she was there for me and I'll never forget that!!  Gone way to soon!! I was happy though to have read she had just spent time with her son...

RIP Amber

Your friend Lori

It's been a year since I heard the terrible news that Amber was dead.  Throughout the year I have thought about Amber and teared up because I know we will never laugh together again. She was so creative and special in the way she expressed herself. She made my life enjoyable. I miss her and wish she was still with us. To each of her children, I sincerely wish the best for you. Please stay in touch with me, I love you guys.

Amber and I shared such a close bond and spent so many years together that we had fun every time we were together. So whether we were at the Las Vegas Speedway with the kids, at Oatman shooting skeet or just staying at home doing nothing but sharing our thoughts, I always felt content and all my memories of our times together are special and cannot be replaced or forgotten.
Amber was a free spirit and didn't like to be tied down for to one place. By not being tied down to one place, she kept her options open to travel and adventures. I can appreciate the gypsy life and am thankful to have learned from Amber.
The night before she was killed I was at her house. She made me some late dinner and i helped her get some fire wood. We talked for a bit and then I went home.. my last words to her was I love you mom see you tomorrow.
I was awaken by the phone call that informed me she was gone..

Rest In Heaven Sweet Angel, It’s Time To Rest.
Love By Many Missed By All.
Up Up And Away.
Always In our Hearts.,!
Her best friends called her A…
Her best friends called her Amber, as I do. I met Amber and immediately knew we would become great friends. She was independent and resourceful. Amber loved putting things together, making things work and creating beauty around her. She was always busy with several projects at a time and her freshly done nails were often splattered with paint. One of the things I loved about her is the way she would do things on her own. She had determination and if she wanted something, she wouldn't let anything stand in her way. She loved making her children happy and would do anything to give them what they needed. Amber was an easy person to like and easy to look at. I will miss our long talks and the laughter we shared. My children love Amber and will never forget Mama2, she will live forever in our hearts and I will continue to be here for her children and share the special bond that was made through her. I love you my friend and I promise to eat more vegetables if you save a seat for me. It's "See You Later", not "Goodbye".
I met Amber when she lived in that little house behind Dottys, off of Boulder Highway. I was trying to get out of a bad relationship and Amber made it her goal to make sure I never went back to the creep. She took me in as her own and we became such good friends. There wasnt a day that went by that we did not laugh. We always had fun and she succeeded in her goal. I will forever be grateful that I was given the opportunity to meet her and become close friends with her. She was a wonderful person with a heart of gold and would do whatever she could for her family and friends. She will be.forever missed.
Heather, Brandon, Channelle and Christopher, I am very sorry for your great loss. She loved you guys more then the world and she will always be with you.
