Jan Richard (Corky, Dad, Pop) Smith, 79, of Manton, CA, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on February 24, 2023.
Richard was born on 2-22-44 in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. Moving to California as child proved to be trying at times, but Dad persevered through it all. Moving his 3 small children to northern California for a better life away from the streets and sound of Los Angeles, he found his home in the …
