Background
Jamie Lynn Simmer 32 years of age, lost her nearly life long battle with diabetes. She was in the list for a kidney and pancreas transplant. She was preceded in death by her mother, Michelle Summer and her brother Jeremy Simmer, who also lost the diabetic battle at a young age.
Jamie had no life insurance because she was disabled. She deserves to have a special funeral, but it all costs so much money. Without your help we can't give her the service she so deserves.
