To all the Yates family, Jean and I wish to extend our condolences on the untimely passing of Jim.  Jim and Sue helped us in our relocation to Concord and Jim and I were golfing buddies ever since.  He will be missed by everyone who's life he touched.  Rest in peace Jim.
