It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Jim Yates at the age of 73, on Friday, August 19th, 2022 due to heart failure. A loving son, husband, father, brother, uncle, grandpa and dedicated friend to all who knew him. He was born in Big Spring Texas but spent most of his life in Concord, CA where he graduated from Clayton Valley High School in 1967. He later earned a Fine Arts …
