It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of James (Jim) Jack Winn, who passed away unexpectedly on February 13, 2025 at the age of 61. Jim was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on July 23, 1963 to Jack and Mary Winn. He married Wendy Winn on March 6, 1993, and they had three children: Carly, Jackson, and Natalie.
