We are planning a celebration of life for Jim Whitlock in late Spring early June to commemorate the 1 ear since his passing in Washington DC at the Oak Grove chapel in Georgetown. This will be followed by a luncheon at one of his favorite restaurants, Old Europe. There will also be a virtual version of his life celebration.
