James Thurman Tucker Sr, age 92 from Lemont, passed away on March 25th 2021. Born in Texas on May 28 1928 to Ernest and Lillian. Served in the Army Air Force for 4 years. Married to Maxine (Salihar) on August 20th 1949. Happily retired as previous owners of Hickory Hill Dry Cleaners. Survived by 2 children Linda Cheney (late Ron) and James Tucker Jr (Donna). Grandchildren James Cheney (Heather), Vernon Tucker (Sara), Bryan Cheney (Sarah), Arron Tucker (Doris). Great Grandchildren Ella, WeathyrAnn, Aidan, Ethan, RosaLynn, Alec, Dakota, Paulie. Sister Jewel Garrett, sister in law Joyce Tucker (late Herbert) & Fay Salihar (late Larry) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Gerharz Funeral Home located at 501 State St in Lemont on Thursday 4/1/21 from 3 pm - 8 pm. Phone # 630.257.2123.
