James Michael Tozser, 66, passed away on March 11, 2025, in Saginaw, Michigan. He was born on August 17, 1958, in Detroit, Michigan, to Frank Robert Tozser, Sr. and Lucille Theresa (Corio) Tozser.
A gifted student, James graduated as valedictorian from Dearborn Heights High School in 1974 at just 16 years old. He pursued his passion for engineering at the University of Michigan College of Engineering, earning a Doctorate in Nuclear Engineering in 1980. His …
