James Luther Shouse, 63, passed away on the 9th of August 2023, at his home in Newport, KY. He was born on September 11, 1959, to the late Luther Shouse and Mary J. Hensley (Burton). Jim was a skilled window installer for most of his career and enjoyed forming connections with the people whose homes he improved.
