Background
After his wife Sue passed, Jim lived the last two years at the Douglas T. Jacobson State Veteran's home in Florida. Along with the home, the care workers and volunteers of Tidewell Hospice became Jim's second family on a day-to-day basis. The friendships he formed, along with the special attention to his needs and the grace of their service can not be outdone.
