It’s been a quite few years since I last saw Jimmer…but I can easily remember all the fun and crazy times we shared, his mischievous smile, love for life, and his sweet and giving heart,  I’m so deeply sorry to all of Jim’s family and friends and will be thinking of you all.

The world will miss you Jim! Love, Cookie

We have been good friends with Jim and the DeBoer family for many years, you have our deepest sympathy ❤️‍🩹

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family during this difficult time.

We are so saddened by the loss of a son, a husband, a brother, and a father.  We did not know Jim but always cherished the friendship of Bonnie and Jim from both Grand Rapids and up north.  Please know that the Zadvinskis family is grieving for all of you.
We hiked up and skied Mt. Boh…

We hiked up and skied Mt. Bohemia before the lifts were installed. We obviously did not have powder skis!!! We were very sad to hear of Jim’s accident and our thoughts go to Jim’s family — with Jim Scarlett, Renee Mallory and Jacob Gibb
From the Machinio Team - we send our sincerest condolences to the Scarlett family. James was a valued partner, and we are very saddened to hear of his tragic passing. We send his wife, children, family and friends prayers for comfort during this time.
The residents of the community of Claxton, Tn are all so very sorry for your loss.
Deepest sympathy and condolences from all at Cresswood Shredding Machinery.  He was the best of people and will be profoundly missed.

Sincerest condolences to Amanda and the Scarlett family.

It always made my day to run into Jim on the ski hill and hear about the latest adventure, or re-live an old one.  Jim touched many of our lives and we were blessed to know him.

We are so sorry to hear of James' passing. James was a great leader and it was such an honor and pleasure to have worked with him on various projects. We did great work together, but also had plenty of laughs and fun along the way because he made it easy to do so.

Please know that we are keeping James' family as well as the Scarlett Machinery family in our thoughts at this difficult time. We hope you will find comfort in knowing that his legacy will live on through all of the people that had the pleasure of knowing him. With our deepest condolences, Lance Beaudry, Jennie Austin, and McCoy Khamphouy.

Sincerest condolences to Amanda and the Scarlett family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Our species has had speech, and unspeakable tragedies, for eons. So one might think there would be words to capture the emotions. If there are such words, I can't find them. The news of James's plane crash has left me feeling all hollowed out..., full of sadness and devoid of words.

Best love to all he has left behind, from all his colleagues here at Super Thin Saws.

Thoughts and prayers to Amanda and the entire Scarlett family.  James will be missed.
James will be missed by all who knew him!  God Bless the entire Scarlett Family!
To all of the Scarlett family, I just want to send my condolences to each and everyone of you. I hadn’t known James that long but what I did know of him he was a very good hearted, and well respected man, Always kept me laughing. I am praying for each one of you During this difficult time.
Amanda, you and your family are in my thoughts. 💔

It’s taken me some time to come up with the words. Every one of us that was blessed to know him, love him, laugh with him, work with him, drink Yukon Jack on the coast of Lake Superior or at the cabin with him, and enjoy all the amazing gifts that were Jimmy Scarlett, we are lucky to have known such a great man, engineer, friend, husband, and father. Rest assured he is with the lord and with all his friends and family that went before him, and will be watching over us and waiting for us when we get there. Too soon brother Jim, but glad to have known and loved you. You left a big footprint in a short time in this place. See you at the next cabin on the coast my friend. Love you.
Amanda and boys- Keeping you in our thoughts and pray for your comfort and healing. If you need any help please feel free to reach out.  Your neighbor in Cascade Farms

Amanda - Tom and I are sending love, light, strength and prayers. We will continue to raise all of you up through prayer.

You have always been a bright light with breath taking strength and love.

All our love,

Tom and Tina
