Background
James was a hardworking son, father, and friend. He was able to see the country doing what he loved, driving trucks. He also believed in empowering males in the black community. This scholarship will provide men in predominantly African-American communities with the opportunity to obtain a CDL to provide for their families and make a positive impact in their communities.
