James Patrick Fitzgerald Cooper was born in Springhill, Louisiana, on February 23, 1967, and welcomed as a beautiful blessing by his parents, Willie James Cooper and Eva Brewer Cooper.
He was baptized at an early age at the Evening Star CME Church in Cullen, Louisiana.
James, or Patrick, as his family knew him, spent his earliest years in Dallas, Texas, and Springhill, Louisiana. As his independence blossomed, Patrick commuted to Fair Park High School in …
