James's obituary

James Pabon, 62, of Waterbury, CT, died at Waterbury Hospital on Sunday March 19, 2023 by his younger sister's side, Damaris Pabon, after a short battle with cancer. James was predeceased by his father Felix Pabon Sr. in 2011 and his older brother Felix Pabon Jr. in 2014.

James is survived by his wife, Deborah Pabon, mother, Maria Rivera Pabon, sister, Damaris Pabon, nephews Johnathan Aviles, Alex Pabon, nieces, Crystal Martinez, Jessica Pabon, Jasmine Valentin and Tiffany Rivera. James is beloved as a father by Anita and Tina Bosques.

James better known as Jimmy, was born in Waterbury, CT on February 21, 1961 to Maria and Felix Pabon. He spent most of his life in Waterbury and some time in Puerto Rico. Jimmy was known for being a jokester and wild story teller about his life's adventures.

Jimmy had a green thumb from growing seeds into beautiful plants that brightened a room. He was a lover of all genres of music as well as old Western shows and movies. An activity he enjoyed with his late father.

He was strong-willed and stubborn, but he had a warm heart willing to help others. Jimmy was an avid animal lover and rescued many animals from abandonment. He helped anyone he could during trying times and made friends everywhere he went.

He was a believer in Jehovah God and his promise of a better and everlasting life. (Isaiah 35:5, 6).

Jimmy will be very missed by those who loved him.
