James J. Nulton, 69, of Etters passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, August 20, 2023.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA, he was the son of Mary Ellen Sullivan Nulton and the late Sherry Edgar Nulton.
A graduate of Central Catholic High School, Kingston, PA, and Penn State University, he spent most of his professional life at PP&L, joining the company in 1979. Working as International Director of Economic Development from 1996-2002, he assisted foreign …
