James "Magic" Nixon, 41, of Denver, CO passed away unexpectedly on April 16, 2022 after Gun shot wounds. He was surrounded by his family and loved ones.

James is survived by his mother Joanie A. Corsey and many aunts and uncles as well as many cousins.  After James attended Thomas Jefferson High School, he went on to Coffeyville Community College where he went to school and later on was the Assistant Soccer Coach for the soccer team. James was an avid soccer player who had played for many teams. First as a recreation player then went onto competitive soccer then to a more competitive soccer league. James was a lover of all things basketball, football, if it was a sport James loved or played it. His heart was soccer he lived for soccer and knew the game in and out. 

He also loved talking politics with anyone who would engage in the conversation. James had the best smile and will be missed by many. Rest in Heaven James we all LOVE YOU.
