Celebration of Life for Jimmy McNiff

We invite you to join us as we honor the life of our baby brother, Jimmy. Mental health struggles are real. They are present in all of our lives, whether the struggle is our own or a loved one’s. Two things can be true at the same time: the struggle IS real, AND we are more than our struggles. Jimmy’s mental health struggle was woven through his life. It was not all that he was. We want to acknowledge and honor the whole of Jimmy in life and death. Please come and share with us the moments of connection that knowing Jimmy gave you. 

Order of events: 

10 am: Greeting the family, Coffee & Donuts 

10:30 am: Acoustic music & Slideshow 

11 am: Eulogies & Remembrances 

A few items to note: 

● We’ll be outside at a park in MN in summer. 

● There are restrooms next to the picnic shelter. 

● Please consider bringing your own lawn chair, sunscreen, bug protection, and water bottle. 

● Alcohol is not permitted at this park. The Mississippi River is a short walk through the park. Jimmy spent a lot of time there over the years. Feel free to pack a lunch and enjoy the park afterwards.
