James C McCluster was born on March 9, 1940 in Richland, GA., to Allen and Della McCluster and was raised by James and Alice Allen. He was a curious and energetic boy. He was educated in and graduated from the New York City Public School System. After he graduated, James joined the United States Navy and worked as a Mechanic Engineer.
