James Dean Louderback, known affectionately as "Friendly Jim," passed away on April 11th in Chandler, Arizona, at the age of 81. Born on June 21, 1942, in Topeka, Kansas, Jim led a life defined by his warmth, authenticity, and love for those around him.
On November 15, 1969, Jim married Anne Louderback, and together they raised four boys: Jeff (Cyndi), Brian (Francine), Dennis (Tiffany), and Eric (Brittany). Their family expanded with the joy of nine …
