James (Jim/Jimmy) Vincent Looby of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away with family at his side at the age of 75 on February 11, 2023.
Jim was born on December 30, 1947, in New Jersey to Michael and Cleopatra Looby. From a young age, Jim’s intelligence shined. His elementary school teachers marveled at his gifts as they asked him to stand up and teach the class for them (a memory he delighted in sharing). To further …
