Rest easy Kev! You were a big teddy bear and I loved your passion for the good life and your compassion for people. To Kelli and the kids, I love you and send all my love and light to you always.
I just learned of Kevin’s passing. I am so sorry. Kevin was a friend of mine but we had not spoke for some time now and I am sorry to say that I didn’t know that he was sick.
We first met 25+ years ago when he was one of my DARE officers at Beaver Run Elementary School. We shared a lot of fun at NASCAR races in Dover and a memorable trip to the Poconos. Some things are best kept secrets…lol. This is just one of many good times we had back in the day.
Please accept my sincere condolences. Rest easy Kevin.

Mr. Kevin was one of the biggest role model in my life and I still think about what he has taught me, many years later. He cared so much for his family and friends. Kevin was a perfect example of a father and husband. I am heartbroken and I will never forget the light he brought to my life. May he rest peacefully. Sending love to Kelli, Taylor, Emma, Ryan, Megan, Jack and Hunter.
I worked with Kevin for several years and it was an honor to have served with him. Kevin continued to work with me at the Eastern Shore Police Assoc. for several years and supported our fund raisers that helped children go to camp at Camp ESPA. Thats the type of person he was. Gods Speed my friend, we have it from here.
