James Lewis, 64, of Pleasant Hill, CA passed away peacefully on April 26, 2022, with family by his side. James grew up in Daly City and lived in Concord and Pleasant Hill as an adult. Jim served in Navy. He worked as a welder for the Boikermakers union for over 15 years and drove a taxi after retirement. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, many trips to Bass Lake and Sturgis, golfing and Friday night poker with his friends. James will be dearly missed and always remembered.

James was predeceased by  his father Raymond. He is survived by his mother Gail , his sisters Karen Kumerow, Patricia Hustad , Susan Bryce  and Sharon Lewis. He is also survived by 5 nieces, 1 nephew and several great nieces and great nephews. James requested a celebration of life be held in his honor as opposed to traditional funeral services. We request all of James’s loved one to join us in celebrating Jim at the Concord Oddfellows hall  4349 Cowell rd, Concord Ca.on June 11th 2022 at 11a.m.  Lunch will be served.
