James (Jim) Cameron Hutton (6/15/1945 to 2/1/2025) was a proud graduate of Texas A&M (1967) and a New York State certified Professional Mechanical Engineer. After a distinguished career of more than 30 years designing firearms and firearm components for Remington Arms in Ilion, NY, Jim established his own consulting business, Hutton Engineering Services, and continued to apply his natural abilities as an expert witness in legal cases related to firearm design, function, and performance, often …
