He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his son, James Robert Hensley; his daughter, Ina Hensley; his brothers Ernie Hensley and David Hensley; grandchildren, Amy Bell (Beard), Joseph Beard, Denise Beard, Robert Beard, Deborah Wilson (Beard) and Amanda Damon (Beard); great-grandchildren, Autumn & Axel Bell, Brandy & Justin Beard, Paxton & Payton Plunkett, Danielle, Bobby & Dylan Otis, Addelyn, Aliyah & Abigail Beard, Cayden Frimming, Talyn Damon and Spencer Beard.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024 from 9-10:30am in the Chapel of Nancy Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 10:30am. Burial will follow at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.
