EVERETT, III James Robert “Trey” Age 53 of Dickson, May 8, 2023. Preceded in death by father, Honorable Judge Jim Everett, two aunts, Pauline (Polly) Everett Rigsby and Nancy Denning Ferguson, and two uncles, Thomas E. Denning, Jr. and C.R. (Reg) Denning.  Survived by sons, James Michael (Jake) and Joseph Bradshaw (Shaw), mother, Elizabeth Denning Everett, and aunt, Doris Everett Gore. Mr. Everett was a graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy, Auburn University and the Nashville School of Law. No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned. In honor of Trey’s memory, and in lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations toward his sons’ college education funds.
