James Ray Ellinger, 54, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on October 25, 2022, surrounded by his family and loved ones. James grew up in Baltimore, in an area that to this day, the friends that he made became family and were still in his life 50 years later. He worked as a CDL truck driver for several years.
