Background

My beloved partner, James, was the love of my life — my soulmate. We spent every day together, building a life full of laughter, joy, and dreams. We were planning to buy our rental home and dreaming of traveling the world hand in hand.

Then, everything changed in an instant. One morning, James woke up with a headache. He took a Tylenol and lay down to rest cuddled next to me. But he never woke up. An aneurysm in his brain had burst — a silent danger we never knew was there. He had no symptoms, no warning signs.

James spent a month in the hospital fighting for his life, but the complications were too great. My world shattered the day he passed. My heart feels broken beyond repair, and the thought of laughter or joy feels so far away.

I don’t want anyone else to lose someone they love so suddenly, so cruelly. With your help, I hope to raise awareness and support efforts for better research, earlier detection, and prevention of brain aneurysms.

Every donation — no matter the size — honors James’s memory and brings us closer to preventing tragedies like this in the future. Please, if you can, give in his name.

Thank you for reading, for caring, and for keeping James’s memory alive.
