Obituary
James Allen Cutlip was born in Ashland County, on November 24, 1939. After graduating from Jeromesville High School in 1958, he entered the Army where he served for two years. On July 21, 1961, he married his long-time 8th-grade girlfriend, Carol Gregory. The two adopted Melinda "Joy" in Nov 1968 and Thomas Frederick in 1971. He then ran Cutlip's Plumbing, Heating, and Electric, manager at Jone's Rental, and then ran his own handyman service. In …
