I worked for Dr. as a medical transcriptionist from 1993-1999. He hired me with little experience in this field. I managed to develop my skills and I really enjoyed working there part-time. It was the ideal job. It was a small medical family practice and it was great. Vivien and Dr. C were good to us girls. I had just gotten my new Saturn car which was in the back employee parking lot.. Doc had pulled out in reverse and backed into my new car. He felt so bad. He loaned me his extra car to have my car fixed.. Took our families out to dinner and girls out to lunch. He sure was a character. He had his camp on Mariaville Lake where I lived right on the lake also.  Anytime I mention my career, I always say “do you know or ever hear of Dr. Cooley?”
