James “Jim” L. Congdon II was born on March 25, 1952 to the late Dr. Paul U. Congdon and Phyllis (Young) Congdon of Wilbraham, Massachusetts. He attended Minnechaug Regional High School in Wilbraham (Class of 1970) and was a graduate of Ithaca College, where he earned a degree in radio broadcasting. Over the course of many decades, Jim worked as a disc jockey and radio personality under the pseudonym “Jim Schuyler”. His original on-air comedy …
