James Martin Clements Jr. , 71, passed away at his home from pancreatic cancer and went to his Heavenly home at approximately 2 p.m. on August 21, 2021. He was a retired United States Army Staff Sargent who served his country courageously and honorably for 20 years, the 1st 4 in the USMC. He was a decorated Vietnam War Veteran and expert sharpshooter as well as earning additional honors. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Jean Hope Clements (maiden name Borg), daughters Jessica Ann Blankenship and Jennifer Christine Clements, granddaughter/daughter Hope Marie Franks (maiden name Blankenship), grandson/son Martin Russell Blankenship, great granddaughter/daughter Lillian Grace Blankenship and great grandson Ryland Blankenship.
