Aunt Alice,  I was sorry to hear about Brian.  My prayers are with you.

Your niece,

Suzanne  (Sue)

We will miss you, Brian, but I know we'll see each other again. Thank you for the Camp Christian memories, for being a friend throughout college, and for singing at my wedding. Thanks too for the laughter at Matt and Hope's house when you read the stories, lyrics, etc. from their Chinese wedding album. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. You're forever cherished and loved.
Brian was a great friend and devoted follower of our Lord.  He will be sorely missed.

I appreciated Brian for his gentle spirit and ready willingness to share his talented voice with others.
Brian’s  love for worship, humor, and faithfulness are what I remember most about him. He will be deeply missed.
Brian will be missed so much. Gone too soon, but I know I will see you again. I can imagine you singing in the presence of God now, and Him smiling! Rest in peace my friend and brother in Christ.

Brian was the best guy! I have many great memories of him and cherish the time I spent with him. He always liked to visit my family during the holidays for “spam and pierogies” and to watch movies. I will miss those get together very much.
Brian was a good friend back in college.  (I graduated in '05.) We sang together in choir, and we used to sit for hours talking about our musical aspirations. He's one of the few people who read the (terrible) musical I wrote during my college years instead of doing my homework in a timely manner. I appreciated both his talent and his warm spirit. I had hoped to catch up with him someday. Now I guess I will have to wait a little longer. Hope to meet him again someday as we both sing in the heavenly choir.

Not only was Brian a Vocalist at my wedding, he was my BEST MAN! — with Brian Kelley & Michael Warrick
Though I didn't know Brian well, it was a privilege to visit him a couple times shortly before his passing.  He was severely ill and in pain with a fractured shoulder, but never complained and kept his sense of humor. He would easily laugh and smile, and appreciated my guitar playing, even singing along a little on the one Psalm I sang. He said I had "blessed his soul" when it was time to leave... that's the kindest and most generous thing he could have said, and I told him he had blessed MINE.  Brian blessed our church family many times with his beautiful piano playing and voice. I'm glad he's no longer suffering and is blessed beyond our understanding in the presence of the Lord.
