James (Jim) Dwight Beckman, lifelong resident of Portland, OR., business owner and family man. Surrounded by family and friends, Jim passed away peacefully on April 20th, 2023 at the age of 68.

He is survived by his loving daughter and son-in-law, Jackie and Wyatt Gilliam, his grandchildren Grayson and Olivia, his stepson Austin Hauth, former wife Pam Beckman, his sister and brother-in-law Kari and Bob Vincent, his aunts Diane Stansfield and Barbara Beckman along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents.

Jim was born in Portland to Bill and Joyce Beckman, March 24, 1955. He attended Jesuit High School and Southern Oregon University in Ashland Oregon. During his life, his passions were many. In his youth he enjoyed baseball and skiing and in later years continued skiing, boating, golf and travel but most of all, he treasured his family and good friends. A passionate and successful business owner and entrepreneur, President and owner of West Coast Coffee and Partner in J&B Ventures, LLC. Jim lived a full life with many successes, adventures and great memories along the way.

Jim was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather and a loyal loving friend, he will be deeply missed by all, but we know in our hearts that he is not gone…just moved on to paradise.
