Jim Attkisson was my brother-in-law, and brother-in-laws often get a bad rap. Jim broke that mold.
I admired his constancy, a step-up from consistency. He was unflappable . Although I never saw him in action, I certain he was exactly that, a man of action.
Naturally, my bias was towards my sister and I saw the happiness he created for her over the years. I had immense respect for him about that.
He was also one of the few people in the world who I would ask, "What should I do?" His answers were always spot on.
Thanks so much big guy and rest in the peace you earned and deserve. But I am still telling you, UFO's do exist! You probably already know that by now. Much love.
