James Allen Sampson, 53, of Red House, WV, passed away on April 7, 2024. He was a loving father to Kiera, Allen, and David, and adored by his several grandchildren. James was survived by his mother, Becky, brothers Timothy and Steven, and sisters Jennifer and Candy. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank, and daughter, Kayleigh.

James was known for his vibrant personality and his deep love for his family, especially his grandchildren. He was described as someone who was always full of life and willing to help anyone in need. In his free time, James enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and spending quality time with his loved ones. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of life for James Sampson will be held at the family farm in Red House on April 20, 2024, from 5-7pm.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a charity of your choice in memory of James.
