Jake did not want a funeral, nor did he want this memorial website - but in lieu of a service, we have attached his name to any donations to an Alzheimer's charity, if you so choose to give. Certainly not required. What we do ask is that you please leave your fond memories of Jake on this website - we would love to hear what you remember about him!
