Jake's obituary
Jake was full of energy and had a contagious personality. He lit up every room he walked in with his warm smile and a crack of a joke. Jake had a heart the size of this state and showed that through his kindness and generosity towards his family, friends, strangers, and animals of every kind. His fearless and curious mindset ensured he was never afraid to try anything new and most times mastered it quickly! He loved the beach, surfing, and anything to do with the Ocean.
Jake was a graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy and was proud of his work with the D Troop Equestrian division.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday September 19th at 10:00am located at Holy Eucharist Church in Tabernacle NJ. The family kindly asks that in lieu of any memorial flowers or condolences all offerings be donated to the Jakey G Foundation. The Jakey G Foundation will forever honor the life of Jake while providing support towards the battle against substance abuse, mental health disorders, and of course aide in the animal wildlife rescue.
