Background
As difficult of a decision it had been to enroll in Hospice, Trustbridge made the process easy and comforting. His nurse Shawna was a delight to see every week and her empathy and love towards our family will always be something we cherish. Our crisis care nurse, Tiffany was truly an angel sent from above. We will never forget the compassion and ease she provided us with, in his final moments.
