Jacquelyn Mae (Vance) Winzer-Ramos passed peacefully on Jan. 4th 2026 at the age of 101yrs. old. She was born Jan. 3rd, 1925 in Sanger, California.
Her first husband Roy Winzer from Reedly, Calif. was an Airforce pilot but disappeared over the Bermuda Triangle during a regular exercise. She moved her young family from her second marriage to Smiles Ramos( divorced), to San Francisco , then to Santa Cruz, Calif. While living in San Francisco and …
