Jacquelyn Gail (Sweany) Williams was the daughter of William Frank Sweany and Freda Agnes Craig, parents who met at an early age and were married for 65 years. The family attended the First Christian Church of Weirton. Most of their big family lived in New Philadelphia, Ohio, and Hohenwald, Tennessee.
