Jacquelyn Valcourt Taylor, 75, of Garden City, SC, passed away on December 28, 2022 after an illness.
Jacquelyn was born on August 22, 1947 to Alexander and Carroll Sibbald in Providence, RI. Growing up in Warwick, RI, she graduated from Pilgrim High School in 1965. After graduation, she married her high school sweetheart Donald Valcourt, and created a family with her daughter Kerrin, and her son Christopher. She raised her family in South Kingstown, RI. …
