Jacqueline Ann Powell was born on December 20,1958 in Trowbridge, England to Phyllis and Frank Powell and was the youngest of the 4 children.
Their Family of 6 moved to Montreal, Quebec when Jacky was 7 years old, but ultimatley making Calgary, Alberta, and Canada, their permanent home.
As a young child, Jacky played with Dolls, and her connection with dolls lasted her entire lifetime. She, whole heartedly, believed they have souls, and that they …
