Jacqueline Ann Powell was born on December 20,1958 in Trowbridge, England to Phyllis and Frank Powell and was the youngest of the 4 children.
Their Family of 6 moved to Montreal, Quebec when Jacky was 7 years old, but ultimatley making Calgary, Alberta, and Canada, their permanent home.
As a young child, Jacky played with Dolls, and her connection with dolls lasted her entire lifetime. She, whole heartedly, believed they have souls, and that they have feelings. To her, Each of them was unique , but All of them
