Jackie's obituary
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Jacqueline "Jackie" Lambert, a loving mother, dedicated volunteer, and an honorable Navy veteran. Born on June 13, 1953, Jackie left us on May 27, 2025. Known for her giving, caring, and selfless personality, she touched countless lives during her 71 years.
Jackie leaves behind two loving children, her daughter, Lynda Lambert, and her son, Michael Lambert. Her maternal affection and guiding lessons of love, respect, and altruism will continue to live on through them.
Passionate about service and community, Jackie devoted her time and energy to various organizations. She was an active volunteer at Girl Scouts San Diego, Boy Scouts of America, Coach for San Marcos Youth Softball, and Coach for San Marcos Youth Soccer, sharing her love of teamwork and sportsmanship with the next generation.
Jackie's accomplishments extended beyond her personal life. She was decorated with a successful 30 plus-year career in Civil Service. It was this spirit of dedication and commitment to service that inspired so many within her community.
With a heart always open to joy, Jackie loved the simple pleasures of life. She enjoyed playing Skipp-o, doing puzzles, and Rummy. Her favorite foods included Italian and Mexican dishes. One of her greatest joys was travelling, often saying her favorite vacation spot was "anywhere the timeshare took us, even if it was a stay-cation."
A celebration of Jackie's life will be held on August 3, 2025, at 2 PM at 1524 Brook Rd, San Marcos CA 92069. In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted to cover "Memorial Party and Other Expenses". Contributions may be made at the following web address: https://everloved.com/life-of….
Jackie's legacy will forever be one of kindness and generosity. She believed in the inherent worth of every individual, imparting this belief not just through words, but through actions. Her memory will continue to inspire all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
