Jackie Dean Brinegar, 63, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2021, at his home. He was born Sept. 15, 1957, in Powell County, Ky., to the late Pleas and Marietta Powell Brinegar. He is survived by his wife Vickie Crawford Brinegar; children, Richard (Ashley) Crawford of Means Ky., Denisha (Anthony) Henson of London, Ky., Robbie (Amber) Brinegar, Winchester, and James William Brinegar, Lexington; sisters, Ann Shephard and Gail (Cecil) Gross; a brother Jim (Shelia) Brinegar; grandchildren, Allison Crawford, Emma Grace Brinegar, and Oaklyn Faith Brinegar. Also numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers, Earl and Billy Brinegar; angel baby grandson Elijah Lane Henson. There will be no visitation. Graveside service will be at noon Saturday, Jan. 30, at the Brinegar family cemetery. Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
