Jack Alan Swanson of Peoria, IL passed from this world on July 31, 2023. Born December 19, 1952 to Floyd and Elaine (Larson) Swanson, he grew up in Loves Park, IL. He graduated from Harlem High and went on to the University of Illinois. He had a long and productive career at the Illinois Department of Public Health where he was known as the Bugman.
