It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jack Scherer, a man of remarkable spirit and jovial personality, who was fondly known for his bubbly demeanor. Jack was born on December 18, 1961, and left us too soon on September 26, 2024.

Jack was bestowed with an unfading positive influence that brought warmth and cheer to those around him. His endearing personality and infectious laughter will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who knew him.

Son to Joyce Rose Scherer and Jack Scherer, affectionately known as 'Big Jack', Jack Jr. continued his family name with honor and pride. He was seen as a pillar of strength and comfort by his family and friends.

Cherishing his loving memory are his daughters, Emma and Morgan Scherer. The bond that they shared with their father was profoundly special, and his love and guidance will continue to live within them.

He was previously married to Stephanie Herner, and despite the paths diverging, they maintained a relationship of mutual respect and shared the common love for their two beautiful daughters.

Jack's sudden departure has left an irreplaceable void in our hearts. His zest for life, enduring resilience, and unwavering positivity will forever be imprinted in our memories. We bid adieu to Jack, hoping he finds tranquility in his final resting place.

We extend our deepest condolences to his family and friends during this time of sorrow. He may be gone from our sight, but he will never be absent from our hearts. His funeral will be held at Warren Funeral Home, Cemetery & Mausoleum on October 1st.
