He attended schools in Bastrop, Leander, Austin, and Del ValleY Tx. He married February 15, 1992 to Loree Marie (Folkes) in Austin, Tx. They had 3 children Mélissa Marie, Jack Jr, and Christy Rene. Jack worked many different jobs. He installed headliners in vehicles, built pocket door frames with his dad, was a deckhand for Fisherman's Wharf, and worked as a counter sales man and delivery driver for auto parts businesses.

He is survived by Melissa Marie (Calvin Boudreaux) of Marble Falls, Tx. Jack Jr. (Tori) of Cedar Park, Tx. and Christy Rene (Garrett Bankston) of Del Valle, Tx. Father James Charlie "J.C." and step mother Barabara Burch of Cedar Park, Tx. Step father Albert "Eddie" Warren of Buda, Tx. Sister-in-law Debbie Burch of Austin, Tx. Grandchildren James Wyatt & Cheyenne Marie Burch, and Gatlin Gunnar Bankston. Special friend Kellie Ray, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Jack Sr. is proceeded in death by mother Jan Carol (Jones) Warren, brother James Charlie "Butch" Burch Jr., sister Melissa Lynn Burch, maternal grandparents, Jack Mitchel & Josephine "Jo"C. (Bayless) Jones, paternal grandparents Emma Carolyn (Brown) & James Perry Burch. Jack enjoyed cooking, stock car racing (car #69), fishing, country music dancing, bingo, pool, bowling and talking with friends.

Jack did not always make the best choices in life as a son, dad, husband, and friend but there was no doubt he loved with his whole heart. Melissa, his oldest daughter, felt he was a special soul. He was stubborn, a goofball, always laughed at her jokes and you couldn't help but be happy around him. To Melissa he was the perfect "girl dad" because he knew all her favorite things and would gush with her, over her favorite singers, tv shows, and football teams. He called her often to hear how her and her Pre-K kids day had been, laughing at their antics and crazy behavior.

Jack was pain free, surrounded by love, finding comfort holding daughters, Christy Rene & Melissa Marie, hands as he started his journey to heaven. His family wants to thank the doctors and nursing staff at South Austin St. David Medical Center, as well as his social and hospice caregivers. Special thanks to his end of life caregivers Michele, Kellie Ray, Loree, Tish, and Jackie. Thank you for all the prayers, kind words, thoughts, and condolences sent via social media and the personal visits to the hospital.

In lieu of flowers, Jack wished donations be made to the classroom of Melissa https://www.amazon.com/registries/gl/guest-view/13TMPBAF2BM4X?ref_=cm_sw_r_apin_ggr-subnav-share_BNGR9EVJTKGX2AJFV92Y&language=en-US

Jack requested his ashes to be spread upon the beaches and sand dunes of Port Aranasas, Tx. He hopes when you are enjoying the sun, sand, and waves of this magical calming place you can think of him and say hi.
