How you can help
As we all know there was never a stranger to Jack and he wore his heart on his sleeve. He would give a stranger the shirt off his back or his last dollar without one thought. He was one of the most unselfish people I have ever met. He fought long and hard to be there for his daughter Heather as she was his one and only and he never wanted to think of her being alone or add any stress to her. The last year, his daughter, Heather took on the role of Jacks primary caregiver and making sure he had round the clock care and nurses with him when she was actively still trying to run her business, as well as, being an amazing single mother to Connor and Chris. She refused to place her dad anywhere but at home with her where he was with loved ones and comfortable. With that decision, came a lot of responsibilities and changes to be able to provide him the proper care, but she never batted an eyelash. We all know that Heather is a strong woman and a fighter and will never ask for anything or help , but wanted to set something up to try to help take a little of the financial strain off her for her to be able to relax a little during this difficult time as she faces everything that comes along with getting her father to his eternal resting place in Pennsylvania. Heather has been so unselfish and has advocated and fought for her father, especially in the last year, to make sure that he never suffered and had the best care he possibly could. With being five states away and an abundance of existing medical bills from Jack's treatments and hospital stays, getting him home has just become a little bit harder and pretty costly financially but as she had stated she will do whatever she has to do to get her daddy home. Any donation is greatly appreciated to try to offset some of the stress and financial strain this has put on her to be able to grieve and be with her family and children. The monies will be used for the proper transportation for Jack back to Pennsylvania and to help offset the two funeral home bills she is incurring. When she learned that they were going to send Mr Boyer home in a shipping container that didn't sit well with her and fought to fly him home properly in a casket with the respect he deserves to be received by the family and laid to rest. Thank you in advance and God Bless.
